First of all, I will share with you what is the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump.

The vacuum degree of a vacuum pump is used internationally to measure the thinness of the air remaining in the container after the pump has extracted the air in the container for a period of time. Both have corresponding algorithms. The absolute vacuum degree is an ideal state. After the vacuum pump extracts the gas, it reaches a stable vacuum state and will not fluctuate for a period of time. This value is called the absolute vacuum degree, also called the absolute pressure, and the value is 0-101kpa. In between, at a place where the altitude is 0 and the temperature is 20 degrees Celsius, the absolute vacuum degree is 101kpa, which is used as the reference standard for absolute vacuum degree. The relative vacuum degree is affected by the local atmospheric pressure. The value is obtained by subtracting the local atmospheric pressure from the absolute vacuum degree, which is generally a negative number. For example, the absolute vacuum degree of a small vacuum pump is 45kpa, and the local atmospheric pressure is the standard atmospheric pressure 100kpa, then the vacuum of the pump The degree of vacuum is -55kpa, and the nameplate of the vacuum pump is marked as -0.055mpa. Due to the influence of the local atmospheric pressure, the relative vacuum degree may vary slightly, which is a normal phenomenon.
