Can we use one exhaust filter for multiple vacuum pump ?

It is not recommended to use one exhaust filter for multiple vacuum pumps. 

The reasons are as follows: 

1. Install a oil mist filter for each vacuum pump. If there is a smoke problem, it is easy to find out which pump has a problem. 

2. Each pump is installed with a oil separate filter, so that the exhaust  filter is the closest to the vacuum pump, and the oil fume discharged from the pump maintains a high temperature, which is more conducive to the accumulation of oil mist particles. Otherwise, when the temperature is lowered, the hot gas will form water vapor, water vapor Entering the oil will pollute the oil and also affect the smoothness of the exhaust. 

3. The vacuum pump works intermittently, and this frequency just provides sufficient oil discharge time for the exhaust filter of the vacuum pump, so that the filter element is always kept at a low air resistance, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the filter element.
